Job Description Job Description Primary Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Alternate / Related Job Titles Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator Recruiting Operations Specialist HR Operations Specialist (Talent Acquisition) Junior Recruitment Coordinator Location & Onsite Flexibility Framingham, MA — Hybrid (1–2 days per month onsite, aligned with team) Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 2 months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $21.25 – $27.10 per hour Purpose and Scope The Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides diversified operational support for hourly hiring within Distribution Centers to ensure evolving business needs are met. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, Recruiters, and Distribution Center HR partners, delivering an excellent employment brand experience while managing high-volume recruiting workflows with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Major Areas of Responsibility Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Provide diversified operational support to multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . Act as a liaison and business partner between Recruiters and Distribution Center HR teams. Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews . Draft and send offer letters to candidates. Initiate, monitor, and adjudicate pre-employment background checks , including employment and education verifications. Partner with internal stakeholders (Distribution Center HR, HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation. Communicate proactively with candidates via email, phone, and text . Track applicant flow in real time, manage transactions in the ATS, maintain accurate Excel tracking, and prepare candidates for orientation. Effectively manage 100 candidates per week during peak hiring periods. Schedule & Work Environment Core business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility required to support weekends and extended hours during peak periods Hybrid role with occasional in-office presence as business needs dictate Experience and Required Skills Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Experience supporting high-volume or hourly hiring environments Additional Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Ability to build credible, trustworthy relationships Growth mindset with adaptability to changing business needs Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan About the Company A Fortune 500 off-price apparel and home fashion retailer and one of the largest of its kind worldwide.
