customers.What youll be doing :
- The Manager of Sales & Operations Planning is responsible for
leading a team of associates to apply analytical methods, improve
visibility and insights to the business. Drive collaboration across
business units to advance strategic and tactical decisions and
improve customer service and profitability.
- Represent Supply Chain on large cross functional initiatives,
including Strategy, Merchandising, Inventory, Sales, Customer
Service, Transportation and Fulfillment Centers, ensuring that
projects are executed on time and successfully.
- This resource would be responsible for driving Supply Chain
workstreams, facilitating meetings, identifying data needs/analysis
to inform decision making, updating senior leadership on plans and
progress, identifying and raising issues, and working with the team
members to drive resolutions.
- Perform self-guided analytics when necessary to provide
insights to the businessWhat you bring to the table :
- Experience driving business results through cross-functional
collaboration that required influencing others to support your
objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team, meeting
execution, facilitation, and effective communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to
prioritize and flex to meet the demands of the business
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a
clear, precise, and actionable manner with both technical and
non-technical customers
- Strong technical and analytical skills. Demonstrated analytical
thinking, strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge and exposure of Supply Chain, Merchandising and Sales
processes within the retail/consumer goods and distribution
industry with the ability to influence cross-functional business
partnersQualifications :Whats needed- Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of related work experience
- A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or
Math or equivalent work experienceWhats needed- Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with forecast, replenishment, planning, and
allocation tools (e.g., JDA, E3, Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of or experience working with major statistical
analysis and database management tools such as SQL
- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Math &
Statistics or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of or experience working with BI tools (Power BI,
