Job Description:

Cohort Intelligence is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or services to primary care physicians and provider clinics. At least 25% of sales experience will have been in person sales, with the remainder being experience with remote sales including over the phone and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for generating new business, hitting sales quotas, owning sales cycles, building key relationships, and driving growth in partnership with Sales leadership. The right individual will have a command of selling outsourced physician services and an understanding of both Fee-for-Service and Value-Based Care payment models. We are looking for a quick learner with strong communication skills and ability to manage high volume activity. A strong existing network of primary care physicians, clinics, and physician-led ACOs will be a critical success factor.Responsibilities* Meet quarterly and annual quotas through sales activity, pipeline management, and executing marketing strategies.* Build prospect relationships and schedule meetings on a consistent basis by leveraging active internal sales acceleration tools and leveraging team support.* Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas* Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to securing a deal* Conduct product demos, present Cohort's value proposition, and effectively manage objections* Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met* Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships* Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and account data * Effective documentation and upkeep of sales pipeline tracking in a CRM programRequirements* BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or equivalent* Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Account Executive in the healthcare space selling technology and services to primary care providers. * Experience selling value propositions tied to both Fee-for-service and Value Based Care ROIs preferred.* Proven track record of consultative sales methods* Knowledge of healthcare market research, sales and negotiating principles.* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus* Excellent presentation skills including phone and webinar communication * Enthusiastic and passionate employee with strong organizational and time-management skills* This is a remote role; candidate will be expected to be a self-starter and work effectively as an independent individual contributor. * Non-COVID travel: 25%Cohort IntelligenceWe are passionate about impacting patient care.
