**Job start date: Winter 2021. Massachusetts residents only
please.We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our 4-person
Operations & Finance team. The ideal candidate loves numbers, is
very strong with Excel, and has excellent written and verbal
communication skills. You are highly organized and detail-oriented
and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.Responsibilities:*
Monitor key metrics and provide weekly, quarterly, and annual
performance reports* Work with cross-disciplinary teams to drive
revenue and profitability through participation in special projects
and ad hoc analyses* Prepare month, quarter, and year-end close
deliverables in a timely manner* Produce monthly and quarterly
reports, forecasts, and payments for a variety of partners* Act as
the central point person for internal reporting around key business
metrics and financialsRequirements:* 1-2 years of relevant
experience (internship experience is acceptable)* Advanced Excel
skills (you live and breathe spreadsheets)* Self-driven,
independent, and detail- and deadline-oriented* Knowledge of
QuickBooks and/or Google Analytics preferred, but not required*
Adaptable and love working in a fast-paced environment* Enthusiasm
and passion with readiness to join a small company* Bachelor's
degree with strong GPA* You live within a 45-minute drive of
