Job Description:

Experience & Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or
4+ years finance experience. CPA license is a plus but not
Background and general knowledge of accounting

Essential Job Functions:

Preparation of various internal financial statements and external regulatory
Assist with external audits and
Prepare and or review general ledger
Assist in the preparation of the budget and forecasts.
Prepare and process month end
Assist in the preparation of the allowance for credit loss (CECL)
Assists the Controller and CFO in the direction of the accounting functions of the organization.
Manages operational data and maintains data accuracy and
Reviews financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the
Develops proper operational, data documentation and troubleshooting
Evaluates workflow processes and procedures to develop, recommend and implement procedural and system changes to increase accuracy and





Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

Superior knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accounting activities.
Strong organizational, communication and financial management skills and the ability to
Strong numerical proficiency, good problem solving skills and excellent use of
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the senior management
Ability to articulate financial concepts and requirements to non-financial
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with accounting software (i.e. Oracle, Prologue, automated Accounts Payable) is
Understanding of internal controls with FDICIA experience preferred but not required.
Understanding of and experience with the Call Report preferred but not
Compliance with BSA regulations as appropriate to the



Physical Demands and work Environment:

Ability to use standard equipment such as computers, phones,
May require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Sitting for longer periods of
