• Maintains custom electronic registration forms from customers to collect and upload user information to customer accounts on StaplesAdvantage.com
• Manages day to day manual user profile maintenance for customer accounts through various methods (one-off customer emails, large file uploads, e-registration data downloads, etc)
• Creates & updates basic bulletin board messages
• Creates and updated Ship tos,BCS & POs in CSS Setup
• Possesses ability to clean up and manipulate incoming customer data using MS Excel in order to upload in a reliable and batch-ready format
• StaplesAdvantage.com as well as troubleshoot Shopping list issues
• Provides detailed analysis and reports on customer account data for Sales
• Possesses the ability to Troubleshoot Website issuesWhat you bring to the table :

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 3 + yearsprevious related experience in a support or service roleWhats needed- Preferred Qualifications
      • High level of Microsoft Office knowledge & understanding, especially MS Excel & MS Access - Prior use of or familiarity with MS Excel Macros &/or VBA is a plus
