What you'll be doing:


  • Play a key role in managing the G&A expenses, including analysis and reporting to the Customer Service Team.
  • Support in building and developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, incorporating historical and emerging trends to generate accurate projections.
  • Prepare full year comprehensive budget for operating expenses.
  • Create leader performance summaries for inclusion in month end reporting / business reviews.
  • Provide general and ad hoc analytic support to Customer Service and Finance leaders.
  • Responsible for the development, automating, compiling, and preparing reports under general supervision.
  • Monitor, identify, investigate, prioritize, remediate, and communicate data quality issues.
  • Partner with SBU Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Capital Assets and Accounts Payable to execute day to day operations, establish policies and improve operations.
    Qualifications : What you bring to the table:


    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks to effectively meet deadlines in changing environment
    • Ability to work in fast paced, demanding environment
    • Advanced skills with MS Excel and data mining
    • Adept at analyzing and presenting findings
    • Ability to think analytically, focus on the big picture, and can drill into the detail and disseminate key insights




      What's needed- Basic Qualifications:


      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      • Minimum of 2 years of professional analytical and data interpretation experience or equivalent analytically focused experience




        What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:


        • Experience with Customer Service/Call Centers
        • Experience building financial models with an emphasis on creating and maintaining flexible models
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills, must be comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management
        • Ability to actively engage and partner with various leadership team members to drive results and provided needed analysis
        • Experience with Anaplan connected planning solution
        • Experience with Oracle/Essbase
