The Customer & Market Insights group at Bose Automotive works on the Division's most critical initiatives. The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in influencing strategic and tactical decisions through various projects including growth planning, market and business analyses.Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Through market sensing and insight generation, own a wide range of product development, business planning and strategy projects that will define, shape and guide the division, new core product/services and potential new business models.
• Provide objective insights to ensure decisions consider the opportunities and challenges presented by competitors and market players by leading market insight investigations that influence product portfolio planning, technology roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Collect, analyze and synthesize insights that deliver recommendations via models and frameworks.
• Collaborate with functions and divisions to ensure business and strategy recommendations are grounded in an understanding of the market trends and landscape.
• Build and foster a network of authorities to connect sources on insight topics.
• Conduct and deliver consumer and brand research and analyses as needed.Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience at a technology company preferred.
  • Ability to establish relationships across business teams.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and businesses quickly.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Possess economic and financial modeling skills. Requirements / Skills / ProficienciesExperience with 3rd party data and intelligence business tools / software along with strong analytical skills. Experience in automotive electronics; specifically audio systems, active noise reduction and sound management is helpful. Knowledge of other automotive subsystems including powertrain, body and interiors is highly desired. International business experience and work experience within large, automotive OEMs or Suppliers is a distinct plus.
