Maintenance Electrician
Job Summary:
Troubleshoot equipment, performs normal maintenance, repairs and
installation of electrical distribution systems and components in
Building and Data Center systems and equipment. Supports the
operation of the Facilities Emergency management Systems, Fire
Systems and provides support for all trades, such as HVAC,
plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and
snow removal.
Participates in an on-call program, responds to emergency calls
during and after hours and works overtime for snow removal and
other building related needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Install, test and repair motors, lighting and electrical power to
the Home Office Facility and Data Center. Work with and supervise
contractors so that building standards are maintained. Work with
other maintenance technicians on HVAC, plumbing, snow removal and
any other assignment given by management which is necessary for the
maintenance of the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
