We are looking for a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to help get us more out of marketing & sales. You have a background in business analytics or marketing analytics and if you're passionate about increasing marketing efficiency and understanding different scenarios, we want to hear from you!

You will help our marketers run different scenarios and constantly test new marketing variables to explain more of the marketing mix. You will focus on the use of modeling to provide ROI insights and you tie the output of modeling results to Bose financial metrics of goodness. You will manage the functional relationship with Neustar, a worldwide leading agency for marketing optimization. You will coordinate the marketing performance measurement of sponsorships and alliances, in particular the Bose/NFL partnership.

You will influence major marketing decisions at Bose and your analyses will help our marketing leaders & marketing teams make important budget optimizations . You'll be working with other team members to satisfy the key needs of data for time series variables including marketing costs, impressions, engagements and traffic. You are part of a Marketing Insights team that also covers shopper insights, reseller insights & marketing measurement and you report to the Global Marketing Insights Manager. You'll be working with stakeholders across the US, but also Europe, Japan & China.

You have a degree in Finance, Business or Marketing and 10 years' experience in business or marketing analytics. Experience in a global corporate environment is a must, especially when it comes to influencing major marketing budget decisions.
