Job Description:

Position: The Environmental Services Technician will be responsible for maintaining OSHA and DPH compliant cleaning and disposal.
Authority and Supervision: --- Report directly to the Environmental Services Team Lead or designee Duties and Responsibilities: --- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations --- Work closely with all departments to ensure OSHA compliant cleaning in specific areas --- Responsible for day-to-day environmental and disposal work at the cultivation site --- Accurate collection, weighing and recording of marijuana waste disposal --- Utilize sterile techniques to ensure all grow room surfaces are free of pathogens --- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity --- Monitors inventory levels for environmental supplies and chemicals

Qualifications --- High school Diploma or equivalent required --- Age 21 or over (Required) --- Experience in custodial or environmental services preferred --- Ability to accurately calculate and document weights and measures --- Passionate about the importance of medical marijuana
Physical capability: Indoor growing environment. Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 10 hours per day. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
