complex systems and conceptual ideas into digital solutions. Our
ideal candidate will be comfortable with all steps of the design
process from concept to final deliverable. They will take on
challenges confidently while balancing humility and a willingness
to learn. A thorough understanding of UX and UI practices is
essential. Knowledge of branding, marketing, coding, and/or
research will set you apart. This position will work closely with
the product development team to build internal and customer facing
digital solutions. This role must be able to take direction and
feedback from a variety of stakeholders and to know when to
challenge respectfully. How you will contribute to revolutionizing
electric aviation: Big Problem Solver : Approach broad, conceptual
ideas for new products head-on and create design flows and
experiences that are simple and elegant Deep Generalist : Work to
understand the interplay between complex systems and projects.
Build diagrams, lo-fi, and hi-fi mockups, create graphics, and
dream up new experiences within existing digital products.
Boundless Curiosity: An understanding of or a desire to learn about
aviation as well as continued motivation to learn with every task.
Maintain awareness and willingness to promote best-practice design
patterns and approaches. Creative & Proactive Communicator : Strong
storytelling, organizational, and general communication skills.
Engage with and gather feedback from stakeholders throughout the
entire design process. You will be tasked with contributing to the
build-out of requirements. Technical Capabilities: Advanced Figma
skills are a bonus. You will be asked to build, iterate on, and
maintain components within our component library Flexible
Contributor : Be willing to contribute to company efforts by
accomplishing tasks that may fall outside of your job description.
You may be asked to develop marketing collateral for digital
products or turn a wrench. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in graphic design or related field. Demonstrable design
skills with a strong portfolio. Proficiency with required desktop
publishing tools, including Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience building workflows for digital products. A strong eye
for visual composition and brand language Effective time management
skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Able to give and receive
constructive feedback. Understanding of design theory, production
process, application design, corporate identity Creativity,
originality, and a willingness to work across multiple teams to
gain a holistic perspective Above and Beyond Qualifications: 5
years in professional UX, UI, or graphic design Working knowledge
of React, TailwindCSS The wage listed here reflects our best faith
