Job Title: Director, Franchise Operations - Global Rare Diseases
Location: Cambridge, MA About the Job Join the team transforming

neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver
breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of
the highest unmet needs. The Director of Franchise Operations for
Global Rare Diseases will provide operational excellence across the
Global Rare Diseases franchise. This highly visible role will drive
cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and operational
effectiveness to support the franchise's commercial objectives. The
position requires someone who can lead complex initiatives, manage
stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence across
global brand teams while maintaining strong partnerships with
commercial functions, Investor Relations, and other key

people’s lives. Main Responsibilities Franchise Operations Project
Leadership Coordinate the earnings process, working
cross-functionally with brand teams and Investor Relations Manage
and facilitate monthly global brand lead forums to drive
information sharing, foster discussions, and ensure strategic
alignment Provide strategic coordination across the franchise to
optimize resource allocation and drive synergies Lead the
development and implementation of franchise-wide operational
standards and best practices Lead operational excellence
initiatives, process improvements and other time-bound projects
across Global Rare Diseases Continue to drive and manage the new
hire onboarding program to accelerate integration and effectiveness
Congress Strategy & Stakeholder Management Lead congress planning
team consisting of multiple commercial and medical team members for
priority congresses Develop and execute congress plans across
multiple disease areas, ensuring alignment with commercial
objective Ensure seamless coordination between Commercial, Medical,
and other stakeholders Drive innovation in congress execution and
stakeholder engagement Oversee vendors, budget management and
resource allocation for major congresses About You Bachelor's
degree required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, PharmD) 7
years pharmaceutical industry experience or related industry Proven
track record in operational leadership roles Strong understanding
of global pharmaceutical commercial operations Excellence in
project and program management Demonstrated ability to influence
without direct authority Experience managing complex stakeholder
relationships Excellent problem-solving and decision making. Strong
financial and business acumen Demonstrated experience in rare
diseases or specialty therapeutic areas preferred PMP certification
preferred Global or international market experience preferred
Experience with earnings processes and investor relations preferred
Digital transformation experience preferred Congress management
expertise preferred Alliance management experience preferred 10%
domestic and international travel required for key congresses and
