Job Description:
The role involves managing asset-related data within the
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support
operational readiness at all Vertex sites, including labs and
facilities. Key responsibilities include submitting electronic
change requests for asset maintenance, calibration, and spare
parts, as well as tracking the progress and activation of CMMS
attributes.The position requires ensuring accurate asset
information input, verifying preventive maintenance schedules, and
generating reports to aid decision-making for asset management and
Reliability Engineering. Additionally, the role involves creating
calibration data templates, ensuring compliance with GMP
regulations, and working with Global and Reliability Engineering
teams to align asset requirements. The candidate will also assist
in asset hierarchy creation, process improvements, and support the
CMMS Administrative team with data management tasks
