Ready to Discover Different?Posting Notes: Framingham - -- MALicensing and Branding Specialist (Contract) - Mid-LevelResponsibilities--- Weekly correspondence with MAs and Merchants--- Data validation/compliance review--- Manual tracking of high priority Purchase Orders--- Support Product Approval process and improvements--- Support management in reviewing licensing agreements as needed--- Support Licensing information resource updates:-On-boarding new brands/categories: SharePoint maintenance/improvement, Product Approval Forms, system comm. to appropriate business contacts, set-up/generate new folders/reports, new supplier set-up, etc.-Also includes supporting Licensing and Branding team in developing/proofreading new brand/brand update communications and materials- Maintaining active list of Licensor business contacts and supporting the management of certain Licensor-owned assets--- Quarter-close prep (building files for reporting)--- Submitting quarterly royalty payments / sending quarterly reports (internally and externally)--- Assistance with trademark specimen accumulation/picture tracking--- Assistance with Trademark Customs requestsRequirements---3-6 years experience -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, One Note, SharePoint; Access a plus)--- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator--- Licensing or Legal environment experience a plus--- Attention to detail is critical; clear and concise verbal and written communication skills; thorough note-taker; highly organized; fast learner; comfortable with both phone and email for correspondence--- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities--- Highly organized, analytical thinker with strong communication skills--- Demonstrate ability to positively influence results and collaborate cross functionallyCome Discover Different at TJX.
