-Position :: Automation Test Lead
Location:: Framingham, Massachusetts(Onsite)
Full Time / Contract Role

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and Manage test automation framework for Embedded Device Testing
Create and Manage automation lab for products setup
Assist Onsite - Offshore team for writing and performing manual and automated test cases
Design, document, implement and maintain automation test cases to verify functionalities and features of Embedded
- product devices
  - Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to improve test automation and lab infrastructure
  - Work in close coordination with development teams for product/feature requirements, design and review test plan
    - and test coverage
      - Working with development and other SQA team at customer location, reproduce the issue, debug the issues, gather
        
        the required logs as per development team request
        
        Monitor the test coverage with respect to the defects and propose and take corrective and preventive action
        
        Make sure test cycle completed within timeline by coordinating different team, resolving their issues, reporting issues
        
        to development team
        
        Provide continuous guidance to offshore team and resolve queries.
        
        Qualifications
        
        10+ years of experience in Leading multilocation team (India, USA)
        
        Effective communication and Excellent leadership skills to collaborate onsite and offshore engineering team.
        
        Having experience with Embedded Device testing based on Wifi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, HDMI
        
        Having experience with Telnet, SSH, API Testing, RS232
        
        Having experience with Different router configurations, Ethernet Switch, USB Hubs, HDMI Splitter, Web Power Switch
        
        Experience working with India offshore team.
