Job Description:

Position: Deskside Support

Location: Framingham, MA

Hiring: Fulltime

JD:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries in a timely manner, either in person, email or over the phone for both local and remote users. Follow problem to resolution and escalate to other resources if necessary.
Write training manuals and train individuals and/or groups.
Create accounts and configure hardware/software as part of onboarding process.
Unlock, reset, create accounts, and manage permissions.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Install and support computer peripherals including home printers/scanners and mobile devices.
Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Engage vendors when necessary for problem escalation.
Mentoring level, I help desk personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
