Job Description:

• 
  
• Need to have 8+ years of experience and knowledge in Troubleshooting software's, printer, projectors, and issues over remote and over call support to customers.
  
• Strong knowledge and working experience in designing networks.
  
• Strong knowledge and working experience in troubleshooting, problem and performance analyzing
  
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Firewalls, VPN and IPS
  
• Good knowledge and working experience of traffic analyzing with wireshark
  
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto and cisco firewall products
  
• Strong Network and Security troubleshooting Skills
  
• Knowledge and working experience of Monitoring and management tools, Bandwidth and performance analysis tools
  
• Hands-on experience of various routing and switching protocols -EIGRP,OSPF,BGP and STP, HSRP,
