In this pursuit we build an inclusive environment to win together while delivering profitable sales to the bottom line.What you'll be doing:Create and maintain an effective partnership with supply chain leadersCollaborate on cross-functional teams, both across the supply chain as well as across Staples overallBuild out our knowledge base and relevant analytics across warehousing, distribution, and strategic perspectives to be shared with functional owners and leadershipUtilize problem-solving skills to manage projects and be held accountable for the resultsWhat you bring to the table:Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to understand and articulate principals of Supply Chain Management including operational flow of a warehouse, trucking, last mile delivery and economic drivers for a Supply ChainStrong analytical capabilities with ability to distill analyses into strategic insightsAbility to read and comprehend of technical/financial materials and reportsDemonstrated responsibility, maturity, and leadership abilityA sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environmentEagerness and ability to learn and absorb new information quicklyDemonstrated experience working as a team player as well as an individual contributor Qualifications : What's needed- Basic Qualifications:Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or related field preferred.What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:Basic understanding of inventory management practices, supply chain practices, replenishment, transportation, distribution and fulfillment operations, logistics systems and processes, productivity standards, and technology preferredInterested in joining the team?
