Role in ONSITE - LOCAL Candidates - DAY SHIFT

Shift work...bi-weekly rotating 12 hour per day schedule with every other weekend off. The hours are 7am - 7pm

We need seasoned individuals with true 3-5 yrs plus experience in cell culture, bioreactors and other parts of the process

• 
  
• Manufacturing associates will prepare equipment and materials for production
  
• including the beginning, middle, or end stage of the 'manufacturing' process of a product. This is NOT a lab/quality environment
  
• Responsible for ensuring product related technical issue resolution. Apply effective and structured troubleshooting/root cause analysis techniques for production problems as required, and potential improvements in quality and/or yield
  
• Sound knowledge of bacterial upstream and downstream unit operations, which includes high scale fermentation process, micro-filtration, chromatography, fractionation, precipitation, centrifugation, detoxification, ultrafiltration, SIP and CIP.
  
• Demonstrated good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety, high quality standards, industry standards and their application to the manufacturing process. Practical experience and knowledge in a GMP, industrial manufacturing environment.
