We currently seek a Paralegal to support our Corporate Legal
team located in Framingham, MA.
Work closely with attorneys to:
- Draft, negotiate and close financing and other (development,
M&A, other) transactions, including finalizing deliverables,
and assembly of execution copies;
- Perform routing filings and compliance work related to
permitting of projects
- Assist in development and review of data rooms;
- Develop a file indexing system that can be used as an active
archive for all ongoing and completed transactions.
Draft resolutions, certificates and other documents for review
by attorneys, based on case specifications and attorney
Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and
submit reports on pertinent changes as requested by attorneys;
Perform routine communications with outside counsel and service
providers, as well as internal development team to compile
deliverables for various transactions under guidance and direction
Keep up to date on technology and suggest ways to utilize in
company operations; and
Perform of duties as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to
balance multiple tasks.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and is proactive.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
