Rave is looking for a well-rounded Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with experience in a fast-growing SaaS business. Join our team and help operate and mature our cybersecurity program that encompasses our SaaS solutions, corporate environment and DevSecOps. This position will report to the Director of InfoSec and require a person that is hands-on with solid technical skills who has a comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity. This is an exciting time to join Rave as we have experienced 11 years of double-digit growth and have recently received a significant investment by TCV (a leading private equity firm).

What you'll do:

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for working with cross functional teams as an SME to design, implement, assess and monitor our SaaS solutions and corporate infrastructure to ensure Rave is appropriately secured. You will help to analyze simple to complex cybersecurity-related problems, provide actionable recommendations and support the solution implementation. Additional, you will conduct vendor risk assessments, perform vulnerability scans, assess control effectiveness and work with engineering teams to address security findings with application code and system infrastructure. On occasion, you will support our customer facing teams in responding to RFP/RFIs and InfoSec questionnaires.

  • Work with various teams to implement and maintain security controls in accordance with regulatory requirements, corporate policy, and best practices
  • Perform formal and ad-hoc risk assessments on Rave SaaS solutions using threat modeling and CIS control sets
  • Manage Rave's Vendor Risk Management program
  • Conduct infrastructure and applications vulnerability scans, report findings and work with IT and software development teams to remediate
  • Implement security analytics, reporting and metrics
  • Assist in annual SOC 2 and FedRAMP audits
  • Support and manage cybersecurity incident response activities

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, programing, or cybersecurity
  • 3-5 years' experience in cybersecurity or related field
  • Experience working with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53 controls, CIS controls, OWASP secure coding methodology and best practices
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH regulations, implementation, and compliance
  • Understanding of various privacy laws to include GDPR, CCPA, and FERPA
  • Working knowledge of corporate and vendor risk management
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments using threat modelling and MITRE ATT&ACK
  • Understanding of IT operations, systems, and network technologies
  • Skilled in working with cross functional teams made up of technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proactive and detailed oriented
  • Experience with SOC 2 Type II assessments and/or FedRAMP authorization is a bonus
  • Understanding of cloud technologies. Experience with AWS security is a bonus

Currently due to COVID all Ravers are working remotely.

Once Rave's offices safely re-open, this position will have flexibility to work from home but will report into the Framingham, MA office.
