The Framingham State University Mathematics Department invites
applications for a full-time temporary instructor position to be
held during academic year 2021-2022. Responsibilities include
teaching three sections of introductory-level mathematics and/or
statistics courses each semester and holding three office hours per
week. We seek an enthusiastic, committed teacher that will engage
students in our liberal arts university setting.
- M.S. in Mathematics or related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to principles of diversity, inclusion,
and social justice in higher education.
- Commitment to the development of an anti-racist pedagogy.
- Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field.
- Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position in the
Massachusetts State College Association (MSCA) bargaining unit at
the rank of Assistant Professor. Salary commensurate with
experience in accordance with Appendix O of the MSCA contract
