Retention Sales Representative

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Promote Philips Lifeline service by re-connecting and
confirming the sale with the Consumer. You can be a leader on the
team and focus confirming sales of the Philips Lifeline
product/service that can save lives.
Shift: Monday-Friday 10am – 6:30pm EST
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Answering incoming calls from customers requesting to
cancel or upgrade Philips Lifeline service
- Make outbound calls to potential customers wishing to
cancel or upgrade service
- Collect past due balances
- Provide support to sales queues, as requested
- Offer targeted solutions based on customer need to
increase length of stay and reduce customer churn.
- Provide support and re-sell solutions to customers who
have not installed service to assist with our order to install
- Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by following
the escalation process.
- Meet or exceed order volume targets and individual
- Interface with service to ensure high customer
satisfaction including appropriate involvement with subscriber

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-consumer
- Minimum 3 years of successful outbound tele sales in a
call center required.
