You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity toEvaluate and resolve complaints, initiate CAPAs, analyze complaint data, other additional data as needed. Provide feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects, and safety evaluations.You are responsible forEvaluates, investigates, and resolves complaints.Completes initial assessment of reportability and escalates to manager to determine action, when necessary.Analyzes complaint data, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to share feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects, and safety evaluations, and resolves complaints.Leads team of reviewers responsible to review and apply appropriate coding to Service Records as an input to the complaints process.Leads team of investigators responsible to screen, evaluate, and monitor complaints (products & non-product) resolution.Reviews complaint criticality and initiates necessary containment actions, escalating to the manager to determine action.Analyzes complaint data, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to provide feedback to the BIU supporting complaint evaluation and/or to the Market Management Review on potential process and quality improvements.Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.You are a part of The successful candidate will be a highly valued member of the Aging and Caregiving business within Philips HealthTech organization located in Framingham, MA and supporting design team in Vancouver, Canada.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceUS work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific, health care, nursing or related field, or relevant years' work experience.1+ year of post-market complaints experience in a medically regulated industry.Proficiency using office tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel, ClearQuest, and various other computer software applications.Must be able to work under pressure to meet regulatory reporting time frames and company requirements.Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with demonstrated ability to function independently and in a group environment.Requires the proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed goals. Must be capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and on budget.
