Our retail chains include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra and Homesense.Position Summary:TJX Digital is the newest division of The TJX Companies, Inc. and is responsible for bringing transformative digital innovation to all of TJX and our U.S. ecommerce businesses.The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the vision required to build seamless experiences across TJX websites and mobile applications. We are organized into a focused and empowered team, structured to operate with the speed of a startup, while benefiting from the resources of an established retailer. We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused and able to use data, insights and creativity to drive product optimizations. You will be a member of a team partnering closely with UX Designers, Engineers, Web Store Operations , Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Web Analytics. A results driven mindset, forward thinking vision and analytical competence are required in this role. Responsibilities:Supports the Customer Facing Digital Roadmap to execute projects and strategies for a friction-free path to purchase or drive to store that improves conversion for new and repeat customersEmbody Customer First Mindset, an understanding of what drives eCommerce sales and a passion for off-price retail to drive strategies that improve the on-site customer experience. Partners with Merchandising teams to identify and prioritize on-site optimizations or functionalities to enhance the customer experience.Continuously keeps a pulse on Competitive and Industry trends through site/app deep dives, in-store visits; sharing findings and recommendations across teams and stakeholders.Leverages data, customer feedback, and competitive trends to recommend ways to optimize site navigation, shopping cart, checkout and the end-to-end site experience based on site metrics and industry best practices and works with UI/ UX Designers to implement changesAnalyzes web metrics and customer activity to understand barriers to conversion and identify opportunities for improvementIn partnership with the Web Analytics & Web Store Operations teams, analyzes and interprets website KPIs to provide performance read outs across the various completed projectsProvides industry analysis to benchmark competition and identify key areas to improve experience across various channelsPartners closely with IT to ensure clear expectations of product delivery, timing, objectives, and project goals.Explores, onboards, and maintains strong relationships with vendor partnerships Skills That Will Make You Successful:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field;2-4 years of experience in digital (marketing or ecommerce) and strong understanding of UX standards and best practicesPassionate about building functional and engaging user experiencesDemonstrated ability to establish credibility and strong working relationships across the organization and with external partners.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyDeep understanding of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Localytics etc.) with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insightsAbility to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of stakeholdersFlexible and able to respond to rapidly changing business prioritiesExcellent project management skillsAgile and innovative thinkerPassion to improve customer experience and brand equity online At TJX, we are proud that, for 40 years, we have been providing amazing value to our customers, but the merchandise we sell is just part of our story.
