Job Description:
The position is in Worcester. Position will have some
supervisory responsibilities. Position reports to the GM.
Requirements Position requires a High School Diploma or GED or
Higher, and Technical training and certifications 8+ years of
progressive experience in high cosmetic, close tolerance molding,
exhibiting a high degree of responsibility with emphasis on Safety/
Quality. 3-5 years as Mold/Die Setter and/or Team Leader/Process
Technician Possess the ability to follow directions from and
communicate with managers, supervisors, technicians and co-workers
in a professional manner. Demonstrate strong mechanical skills and
the flexibility to participate in various activities and tasks
based upon needs of the department. Maintain or obtain a Fork Truck
License/Overhead Crane License
