We are looking for a phenomenal teammate with strong interpersonal skills who can grow with us as we expand in the U.S.Responsibilities:Support several divisions by providing critical data and reports for the purpose of driving businessBuild and maintain ad-hoc reporting systems for use by others within the organizationThink strategically about the needs of the users and develops tools such as automated spreadsheets to simplify and expedite reporting processes or databases that make information more readily available to end usersTest and maintain reporting and data storage systems and remediate as neededPerform special projects and reports as neededMaintain and generate weekly and monthly reports and data systemsQualifications:4+ years' experience in a reporting or analysis role that used Microsoft Office for reportingAdvanced Excel and Access skills, VBA programming skills a plus.Self-starter, highly motivated, and quick learner of new technical skillsStrong analytical, organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment and prioritize effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationshipsAt HomeGoods, we embrace the unknown----with new products, new challenges and new ways to make a house a home.
