Job Description:

Responsibilities* Process timely and accurate multi-state non-union payroll, and associated tasks, including time and attendance, new hires/terminations, W-2's, pay statements, W-4's, etc.* Maintain accurate data in data bases that include Ultipro or ADP Provide customer service to include providing timely and accurate documents including various management reports, verification of employment, etc.* Review payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and make any necessary adjustments.* Works closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues.* Ensure weekly payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner.* Reviews and computes wages, and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings and that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.* Handles unemployment claims administration, responding to claims filed* Review and audit master file and pay data entries, YTD totals, and file amendments.* Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.* Weekly Payroll tax, 401k, garnishment, and benefit remittance.* Multi state quarterly payroll tax returns.* Worker's compensation and 401k audit experience desired.* Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Preferred* Bachelor's degree in related field.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
