Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products, as well as providing innovative clinical diagnostic testing services, as one of the leading global emerging players in specialised clinical diagnostics testing.In 2019, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR --- 4.56 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 yearsJob DescriptionThe Senor Vice President of Primary Care is responsible for providing strategic leadership of Primary Care Clinical Diagnostics services and growing U.S. Clinical Diagnostics presence in the Primary Care market by working with Company Presidents, their Board of Directors and their Executive Management Teams to establish long-range goals, scientific and commercial strategies, plans and policies in the Primary Care market.Essential Job Duties:* Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice* Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives* Engages with US and international commercial teams to drive revenue growth in US Clinical Diagnostics Primary Care market* Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes* Collaborates with the Executive Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company* Spearheads the development of Research and Development, Partnerships and Acquisition that support, enhance or provide new scientific capabilities in Primary Care* Supports operations and administration of the Board of Directors by advising and informing Board members and interfacing between Board and staff.* Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits and retains required members of the executive team* Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company* Represents the company with clients, payers, investors and business partner; interface with external investment community and banks* Coordinate operations between divisions and departments* Review operations and financial statements to evaluate achievement of objectives* Revise objectives and policies in response to changes in internal and external conditionsQualifications--- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA or equivalent graduate degree highly preferred--- 15+ years of industry leadership experience--- Previous CEO, President, COO or high-level General Manager experience preferred--- Experience managing multiple Companies and Profit and Loss (P&Ls) entities.--- Significant experience in Clinical Diagnostics, PHD or advance scientific degree preferred--- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources--- Successful experience with full P/L responsibilities--- Deep knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management--- Skilled in formulating/re-engineering and implementing policy, new strategies and procedures--- Ability to build a complete and strong management team--- Experience with third party billing and third party payers--- Merger and acquisition experience--- Superior interpersonal, project management, and resource allocation skills--- Ability to make independent decisions regarding matters of significance--- Keenly attentive to detailAdditional InformationAll candidate CV's and cover letter's will be reviewed, however please note that we are not always able to respond to every expression of interest submitted.
