Job Description:
Director of Nursing for a 400 acres LTC/SNF/an hour out of
Boston near CT & RI Benefits excellent from day one! Excellent
salary Registered Nurse with spectacular leadership skills and a
proven history of success in a Director of Nursing role.
Responsibilities: Lead a clinical team, and manage clinical/
staffing indicators. Oversee the care for over 180 residents. Work
collaboratively with an Assistant Director, 5 Nurse Managers, 2 MDS
nurses, 3 social workers, and 1 staffing coordinator.
Qualifications BS degree in Nursing (BSN), MSN, CNS, or APRN Must
possess an active license to practice as Registered Nurse (RN) in
Mass At least 5 years of experience as a Director in a hospital,
long-term care facility, or other related health care facility We
