Job Description:

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide Sales and Operations Leadership for the PERS and Senior Living Business. Manage the monthly medium and long-term planning process and the weekly supply demand planning process. Work closely with sales and finance to support the demand process and ensure adequate supply planning Closely work with the manufacturing transition teams to effectively plan for transitions, building up necessary stocks and manage phase in and phase out projects. Prepare supply base for meeting long-term objectives. Owner of the source of truth of the single plan agreed to by all functions. Drive improvements in planning and operational processes and coordinate across all functions.

Coordinates demand and supply on business/category level in such a way that worldwide availability of products is optimized. For this, a high degree of original, out of the box thinking, is needed to find optimized solutions. Develops the medium term policy and defines the vision/roadmap for business/category. Intervenes in case of deviations of pre-defines border values of stock levels. Leads the Availability Management group on business/ category level. Builds actively networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments/insights. May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a significant number of people.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

Manage the monthly medium/long term planning process and the weekly supply-demand planning process in order to prepare in time for capacity creation/reduction and the procurement of long-lead-time components.

Conducts scenario planning and risk analysis

Manage the integral inventory levels of the BIU with objective to realize the availability targets.

Manage phasing in / phasing out in close cooperation with product/marketing management and the industrial project team. The aim is to introduce new products in-time and phase-out products without obsolete finished products and components.

Prepare suppliers/factories for long term sales plans

Define and agree on availability performance and inventories

On behalf of the BIU, facilitate the S&OP process, by teaming up with factories, supply centers and markets

Deploy the single agreed plan to all functions ? Initiates and participates in BIU and supply chain improvement processes

Defines opportunities for improvement driven by operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost reduction

Drives implementation efficiently utilizing team resources and in close collaboration with others

You are part of: PERS and Senior Living Business

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Minimum of 5 years of elated experience

Experience in multiple areas of Supply Chain

Experience in working in a x-function organization

Experience in influencing and driving change within Commercial functions
