Job Description Dedicated truck driver - BJ's Wholesale Club Average pay: $1,380-$1,690 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders Overview - Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers. - 85% drop-and-hook freight. - 8 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load. - Drive within MA, NH and Upstate NY. Pay and bonus potential - Hourly pay and load pay. - Weekly performance pay. - $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. - $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. - Paid orientation. - Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. - Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). - HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it. - Live within 50 miles of Shrewsbury, MA.
