legal career. Job Details We are seeking a driven and
detail-oriented associate with 2-5 years of trademark and copyright
litigation experience to join our growing team in Hartford, CT.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to work on
complex intellectual property litigation matters for some of the
world’s most recognizable brands. Key Responsibilities: Handle all
aspects of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation,
including matters under the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, and claims
related to common law trademark infringement, breach of contract,
and breach of licensing agreements. Conduct discovery, including
written discovery, document production, and depositions. Draft and
file pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
Assist with pre-litigation brand protection and enforcement,
including preparing cease and desist letters. Represent clients in
trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
(TTAB). Support online trademark and copyright enforcement,
including preparing takedown notices and UDRP complaints. What
We’re Looking For: 2-5 years of trademark and copyright litigation
experience. Strong discovery experience, including document
production and depositions. Excellent research and writing skills,
with a focus on pleadings and motions. Prior experience with
pre-litigation brand protection strategies. Ability to work
independently and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to
detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a
passion for client service. Team-oriented with a collaborative
mindset. Connecticut Bar admission in good standing (required).
Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus but not required. Interested
