Our firm is growing, and we're looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Responsibilities:
--- Attending court hearings.
--- Conducting and defending depositions.
--- Conducting discovery.
--- Daily contact with clients regarding various aspects of their case. Particularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment.
--- Daily contact with medical providers to stay current on client's injuries and medical treatment.
--- Maintaining and updating case information in law firm case management software.
--- Troubleshooting solutions to client concerns and/or issues "on the fly".
--- Daily communication with relevant insurance companies and defense firms.

Qualifications:

--- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
--- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
--- A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, including litigation, is required.
