subsidies What does the Desktop Support Technician do? Provide
advanced, hands-on support and troubleshooting for all IT hardware
and software, including PCs, Macs as well as some industry specific
technology Actively manage help desk calls, prioritizing and
resolving end-user requests, particularly focusing on in-person
break-fix issues Implement and manage device fleets using modern
tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM, ensuring systems are imaged,
updated, and secured Support Microsoft 365 applications,
network/VPN access, and antivirus/antimalware solutions Collaborate
with various IT subgroups (Networking, Applications, A/V) and
participate in diverse IT projects (e.g., OS upgrades, cloud
migrations, new system deployments) What are the requirements for a
Desktop Support Technician? 3-5 years of experience providing Tier
2 IT support in a corporate Windows and macOS environment Proven
expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint security best
practices Strong experience supporting PC/Mac hardware, printers,
and mobile devices Exceptional communication and customer service
skills, with a strong ability to interact effectively and patiently
with a diverse range of end users both in-person and remote
