Responsible for one of the largest of the 55 Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) that make up the nation’s donation system, NEDS works with over 200 hospitals and serves nearly 15 million people in our region, screening nearly 55,000 potential donor referrals annually. What You’ll Do Design & Innovate: Create dynamic, interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR, VR, and AI. Collaborate & Lead: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement. Manage & Optimize: Assist in overseeing learning plans, track progress, and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS). Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office suite, LMS platforms, and emerging technologies. Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience.
