Your Challenge:

At Definitive, Culture is key and a huge part of what makes our business so successful. You will join our growing Human Resources team and oversee our global HR Business Partner team and HR operations encompassing employee engagement, internal communications, corporate social responsibility, office services, and rewards & recognition programs. You will intelligently apply policy, ascertain human capital needs, and develop creative strategies for helping all Definitive Healthcare departments meet their business objectives. You will also be a champion of culture and diversity within the organization.

What You'll do:

* Leads global human resource policy, practices, and strategies that create a best-place-to-work culture and employee experience
* Form effective partnerships with senior leaders to enhance the abilities and performance of our talent. Provide strategic insight and perspective to company leaders that increases the capability and strategic value that HR provides to their function(s)
* Work collaboratively and effectively with other HR functional leads to set people and talent strategies to acquire, retain and develop the best talent.
* Lead a team of HR Business Partners, Managers, Specialists and Administrators to drive employee engagement, performance, retention, and development
* Oversees the execution of HR efforts through local and regional HR teams across the globe. Ensure key talent activities - including acquisition, development, engagement, and operations - are effectively managed in each location
* Plan and lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes and protection of culture and values
* Collaborates with HR and functional leaders on organizational design and development to deliver maximum impact in the short and long term
* Develop and champion initiatives to support our growing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including DE&I and community giving/volunteerism
* Leverage talent and company data and metrics to drive insight and decision-making
* Coach and build capability of managers to be effective people leaders. Influence managers/leaders to role model organization values and behavioral expectations
* Lead due diligence and integration efforts of M&A targets
* Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

What you'll need:

* Experience operating in a fast-growing, dynamic, global organization and adept at managing in a matrix organization with business functions operating in many geographies
* 15+ years of HR professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing a team
* Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities and execute on commitments
* Knowledge of ADP or similar HRIS systems, HR operations, and benefits administration
* In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations - particularly in the US, Europe, and India
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen
* Success in growing talent and building an effective HR team
* Outstanding collaboration and communication skills with executive presence
* Energetic, forward-thinking attitude with high ethical standards that promotes a positive, team-based environment
* Excellent facilitation skills, experience resolving conflicts between multiple parties
