Job Description:

We are looking for a Participant Coordinator in the Brain Aging Program at the renowned Framingham Heart Study! This multi-faceted position requires someone who is mature, independent, self-initiating, and comfortable working in an unstructured, non-traditional, dynamically evolving research environment with little supervision. This position will carry a pager for the brain donation program 2-3 times a year.Primary responsibilities will be the recruitment of FHS participants from the 2nd and 3rd generations, the New Offspring Spouses (NOS), and both Omni cohorts, to take part in Brain MRI/Neuropsychological/Brain Donation/Traumatic Brain Injury/PET/Digital Health Studies. Other responsibilities related to recruiting include printing of examination forms, mailings, mailing appointment confirmation letters and making appointment reminder calls along with sending out study related information (questionnaires, consent forms, etc.). The position also requires coordinating with others within FHS (e.g., related to recruitment procedures) and outside FHS (e.g., scheduling MRI scans with the Wellness Center). The candidate will also be required to do some data entry, and various projects/tasks will be assigned on occasion.Additionally, this position requires coordinating with other recruitment teams and providing direct administrative support to our Neuropsychologists, Program Manager and PI.
