Job Summary:

The Sr. Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters and highly sensitive investigations.
Job Responsibilities:

Manages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned.





Qualifications:
Education:

Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:

Required: 4 years in Human Resources.
Certifications:

Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
