Our -HomeGoods -brand is aggressively contributing to this growth as they expand their footprint across the country! -The Human Resources organization is a key partner to the business during this expansion. - As a -Sr. -Human Resources Business Partner -you will lead and support the business, driving greater efficiency and scalability. You will support all Human Resources related activities for assigned functional areas while also providing leadership, strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services to the business. Responsibilities also include management of talent development, performance, culture, inclusion & diversity, and the maintenance of a healthy and productive work environment. Our HR model is based upon Centers of Expertise (COE), Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Operations and the Business working in partnership to fuel and sustain TJX growth objectives. We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, strategic -HR leader -to join our HomeGoods Corporate -HR team. - This critical role will support strategic initiatives impacting business -functions based at our Framingham, -MA headquarters. As we return to office, TJX has implemented a hybrid work model. - -Responsibilities:Strategy

  • Contribute to the delivery of HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
  • Partner with functional leaders and leadership teams to ensure the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic growth and performance goals
  • Enable continuous improvement and change
  • Provide high level coaching and counsel to leadersTalent
    • Influence and support the client function's Talent Agenda
    • Along with leaders and learning partners, help architect solutions for future talent needs
    • Drive a strategic learning culture encouraging of cross-functional opportunities
    • Facilitate/enable talent strategy
    • Guide the acquisition, staffing, development and retention of TJX AssociatesEngagement
      • Drive and ensure talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion within assigned groups
      • Collaborate in the management of compensation, and benefits programs and support a high level of employee engagement through the stewardship of a healthy work environment.
      • Advocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms to insure frequent, candid communication with AssociatesSkills/Knowledge:
        • Demonstrated knowledge of HR strategy, policies and processes and their implementation
        • Rigorously pursues practical business solutions while spontaneously responding to the day to day needs of the business
        • Accustomed to working as a strategic business partner; demonstrable track record of defining and delivering HR strategy that meets long-term, strategic business goals
        • Proven experience supporting leaders in the advancement of Inclusion and Diversity strategies and initiatives
        • Developed full life cycle project management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
        • Superior team building and -leadership skills with ability to make strong connections to influence the organization
        • Promotes and educates others regarding the link between HR and client and business impact
        • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate complex business information in a clear and compelling way
        • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment
        • Developed business acumen, with recognizable executive presence and confidence
        • Data trending and analysis with storytellingRequirements:
          • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
          • 7+ years of comparable HRBP experience, additional specialized CoE such as Recruiting, Organizational Development, Talent Management experience a plus
          • Understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations
          • Experience supporting a dynamic, large scale cross-functional -environment
          • Experience working in a high growth organization
          • HR Certification a plus
