Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a Recruiter position in Waltham, MA. This is for our top pharmaceutical customer. 40-hours per week, contract (1 year) w/ possible extension and hire. This position will be working remotely from home. Must live in the area in case needed to work onsite once Covid restrictions allow. Must be able to work either Waltham, MA or Gaithersburg, MD. Pay: $43 per hour Monday-Friday Shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Summary:

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Early Talent Programmes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent into our Postdoc Programme, and channel our scientific capabilities and make a positive impact on changing patients' lives.
  • You will be directly responsible for designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies for our Postdoctoral Research Fellows Programme across the US, UK, and Sweden. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • You will also represent Early Talent Programmes in the US market, helping to promote our range of exciting opportunities across:
    • Postdoctoral Research Fellows Programme
    • MBA Programmes
    • Post-Bachelors/ Graduate Programmes
    • Internships
    • Apprenticeship Programmes
    • You will work closely with our early talent programme leads to create and implement strategies to identify, engage, inspire, and recruit outstanding early talent.
    • You will recommend and execute best in class techniques to attract, assess, and select c45 Postdoc hires per year across the US, UK, and Sweden, and take personal responsibility for offer management and the onboarding process, with local support in the UK and Sweden.
    • You will develop relationships with Careers Advisors and other academic stakeholders within priority academic institutions/ universities to raise awareness of our early talent programmes and enhance our campus brand.
    • This could include delivering online or in person presentations, attending campus recruiting events, or delivering employability workshops.
    • As you develop in the role you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert for early talent recruitment in the US.
    • You will manage and maintain recruitment campaigns using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and ensure an excellent candidate experience, identifying and using data to generate insights and inform actions which support continuous improvement.
    • Working closely with our Inclusion & Diversity Talent Acquisition Team, and Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Team, you'll create and launch social media campaigns to help raise our profile and attract interest in our wide range of early talent programmes.
    • As a talent acquisition expert, you'll support and coach our hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment cycle, challenging them to think broadly about how we attract and recruit diverse global talent.
    • Reporting into and working closely with the UK based Global Talent Acquisition Lead - Early Talent & MBA Programmes, you will be part of a small, friendly, and supportive international team of recruiters focused on early talent.
    • You'll have opportunities to support branding and recruitment activity (e.g., Assessment Centres) for all US early talent programmes, and can draw on the additional support and guidance of our large, US based, Talent Acquisition Team. Qualifications:
      • Experience in early Talent recruitment from Colleges / Universities
      • 5 years + of recruitment experience.
      • The earlier talent/ early in career/ campus recruiter experience, and researcher recruiting experience you have the better.
      • Advise guidance on US college Market / how to engage with students in the US
      • Promote at career fairs/ Universities/ Social Media
      • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment in a science led organization
      • An understanding of the US college market
      • Broad experience in using a wide range of attraction channels
      • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
      • Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic international environment
