Picklr, we're not just an indoor pickleball facility-we're a
community hub. Our clubs bring people together through sport,
competition, and connection. Every interaction matters, and our
Full-Time Team Members are the heartbeat of that experience. In
this role, you'll serve as both the first impression and the
lasting impression for members and guests. You'll gain hands-on
experience across customer service, sales, hospitality, recreation,
and light operations. This is a highly interactive, people-facing
position designed for individuals who want to grow professionally,
take on responsibility, and work toward leadership opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Full-Time Team Member, your days will be
fast-paced, active, and engaging. Responsibilities include
welcoming members at the front desk, managing check-ins, answering
phones and emails, scheduling leagues, lessons, and events, and
providing tours to prospective members. You'll confidently explain
membership options, process payments, and support commission-based
sales of memberships, retail items, and merchandise. You'll also
help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility, assist
with event setup and breakdown, support league and program
operations, and collaborate closely with teammates and leadership
to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong
communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle
multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding guest
experience. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT This is a full-time,
career-oriented position, not a temporary or seasonal job. Team
