Pike.We're seeking an experience Chef for our Assisted Living

environmentChef Job Summary:Supervisor Kitchen staff.Handle and
prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary
regulations.Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes
and special diet orders.Meet time schedules for serving of meals
and snacks.Ensure food items are prepared, cooled and stored in
adherence to corporate, local, state and federal
guidelines.Supervise and set up steam table for Main Dining Room
and trayline meal service to facilitate organized, speedy and
sanitary delivery of meals.Check outgoing food for proper amounts,
types and quality of food.Properly care for dietary
equipment.Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public
Health and Board of Health Standards.This is a brief overview of

Qualifications:Basic Knowledge of Culinary skills and Restaurant
experience required.Cook-to-Order experience required.Must be able
to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.Organizational
skills and being able to work independently required.Please
