Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,418 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical / Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: Required surgical experience in a medical/surgical setting. License: Current nursing license in the appropriate jurisdiction. Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred. Must-Have: - Experience caring for patients after vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and general surgery. - Proficiency in managing chest tubes, telemetry, complex wounds, and central lines. - Ability to care for and maintain tubes, drains, and lines for post-surgical patients. - Experience handling drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone. - Experience with tracheostomies and laryngectomies. Description: This is a 32-bed surgical unit. The unit has a patient-nurse ratio ranging from 1:7 to 1:11. Registered nurse patient ratios are 4:1 during the day and 5:1 at night. Travelers may be required to float to other units as needed. Experience with various post-surgical diagnoses is essential. Common diagnoses include ARDS, esophagectomies, Whipple procedures, and sepsis. On-call duties may be required.
