(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity for a skilled
nurse with expertise in Orthopedic and Trauma (ORT) nursing is
available in South Burlington, VT. This contract position offers a

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide specialized nursing care in
Orthopedic and Trauma settings Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care Monitor
patient status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
Assist in the preparation and management of surgical and
therapeutic interventions Ensure adherence to clinical protocols
and safety standards Document patient information accurately and
maintain records in compliance with regulations Educate patients
and families about treatment plans, recovery, and post-care
instructions Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN
license with ORT nursing experience Proficiency in orthopedic and
trauma patient care practices Strong assessment, critical thinking,
and communication skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced
and high-pressure environments Commitment to patient safety and
