A full-time Orthopedic Surgeon is needed to join a high-performing Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team in a hospital-based practice nestled in the scenic heart of New England. This role is perfect for a generalist with subspecialty interest in hand or foot & ankle surgery , ready to enjoy cutting-edge technology and a collaborative, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do: ?? Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with an emphasis in hand or foot & ankle surgery ?? Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions (multi-trauma cases referred out) ?? Perform surgeries in brand-new orthopedic-dedicated OR suites equipped with MAKO robotic technology ?? Enjoy a steady outpatient caseload of 25 patients/day ?? Participate in a 1:4 general ortho call rotation (weekday first-call by PA, MD backup) ?? Work alongside 3 experienced surgeons and 4 dedicated PAs ?? Access dedicated OR block time and Cerner EMR ?? Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) ? Active Vermont license or in process ? DEA, BLS, and CPR certification (prior to start – no exceptions) ? Clean malpractice history – required ? Subspecialty certification in Hand or Foot & Ankle – highly preferred ?
