an RN for a contract Hospice weekend position in Worcester, MA.
/n/nHospice RN Job Details: /n/n - Pay Rate: $1200-$1400 weekly
gross (increased if more than 24 hours worked) /n/n - Schedule:
8pm-830pm /n/n - Available Shift: 12 hour days, 2 shifts per week
on Saturday/Sunday (ability to pick up two additional 8 hour shifts
on weekdays for up to 40 hours) /n/n - Start Date: 3/9/26 /n/n -
Located In: Worcester /n/n - Requirements: Qualified applicants
MUST have at least 1 years of experience in a Medicare-certified
hospice agency and have a valid RN license and be willing to obtain
MA licensure. /n/n As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll have
the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
in the comfort of their own homes, fostering independence and
promoting optimal health outcomes. This one-on-one healthcare
approach allows you to connect and collaborate with individuals on
their care, while acting as an advocate for their needs and quality
of life. Responsibilities include: /n/n - Conducting comprehensive
assessments of patients' health status and developing
individualized care plans in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team /n/n - Providing skilled nursing care to
patients in their homes, including medication management, wound
care, and infusion therapy /n/n/n - Educating patients and their
families on disease management, medication administration, and
other aspects of health to promote self-care and independence /n/n
- Monitoring patients' progress and response to treatment,
adjusting care plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes /n/n -
Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families
coping with chronic illness or end-of-life care /n/n /n/n In the

their family to resources across the care spectrum. This mobile
