Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Montpelier, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/05/2026 - Duration: 4 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse/n/n Location/n Berlin, VT /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 12-hour night shifts with an option to pick up extra 8-hour shifts. Every other weekend required. /n/nJob Description/n Join a collaborative team as a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse, providing essential care to patients with a range of conditions including telemetry, post-operative care, and chronic illnesses. The successful candidate will apply their telemetry skills to monitor and respond to patient needs effectively. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Care for patients with medical-surgical conditions while utilizing telemetry. /n - Perform NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, and telemetry strip interpretation at the bedside. /n - Collaborate with nursing staff and ancillary services to deliver seamless patient care. /n - Engage with patients and their families in providing care support and education. /n - Assist with the application and interpretation of tele-life monitoring systems. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; at least 1 year in a telemetry specialty. /n - Valid BLS and ACLS certifications, with NIH Stroke Scale certification required before starting. /n - Telemetry certification preferred. /n - Previous travel experience is required, ideally with two assignments in 300 bed facilities or experience in a UVMHN acute care facility. /n - Epic experience from within the past 2 years is mandatory. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
