Job Description This position is OB-optional. Primarily responsible to assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital/medical practice for further care management. Will see patients of a variety of ages: Pediatric through Geriatric Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Not accepting Locums candidates ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED COVID-vaccination - REQUIRED Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED Certification Requirements ACLS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible DEA State License Requirements Indiana Additional License Requirements COVID vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
